ABSTRACT
Markov O.D. Some aspects of the development of socio-economic organization. Visnyk National Transport University. Series «Technical sciences». Scientific and Technical Collection. - Kyiv: National Transport University, 2020. - Issue 1 (46).
The article presents the theoretical substantiation of the resource approach method proposed by the author for solving the issue of continuous support for the effectiveness of the functioning of a socioeconomic organization. The urgency of the problem is due to the significant influence of the Soviet personnel mentality on the effectiveness of the organization. The subject of the study is three types of resources: investment, functional and development resources.
Three states of organization are considered: in statics, in the process of functioning and dynamics.
The dynamics of changes in the state of the organization in the field of positive and negative selection, as well as the pattern of changes in the state of the organization due to functional and development resources are shown. The effectiveness of development resources compared to functional resources is shown.
The conclusions boil down to the fact that development resources are a significant factor in improving the efficiency of an organization that is not yet used in the practice of our business.
