The article examines anti-corruption legislation and the practice of its application. In particular, what problems arise in the application of this legislation and what factors must be taken into account whether there is a violation of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption" in terms of restrictions on the use of official powers or their position; restrictions on receiving gifts; restrictions on combination and combination with other activities; restrictions after the cessation of activities related to the performance of state functions, local self-government; restriction of joint work of close persons.
The object of research is public relations related to the application of anti-corruption legislation.
The purpose of the study is to characterize the features of the application of anti-corruption legislation in terms of restrictions applied to prevent corruption and corruption-related offenses.
