The article analyzes the approaches to the formation of a risk management system in the logistics activities of enterprises. The main principles of risk management are systematized and it is proved that the proposed set of principles can form the basis of risk management process in logistics activities of enterprises and most adequately reflect its essence, and practical implementation of these principles can contribute to the formation of risk management system in logistics activities. To solve the main problems of risk management in the management system of logistics activities of enterprises, taking into account the need to apply the concept of risk management, which will take into account the interests of each link in the logistics chain, we have formed an algorithm for risk management in the logistics system.
The object of research is the process of risk management in the logistics activities of enterprises. The purpose of the study - is to form a risk management system in the logistics of enterprises. Research methods - methods of economic, systematic and comparative analysis.
Risk management contains the influence of the external environment on the enterprises of logistics activity, and its central link is the subsystem of risk management, the effective functioning of which is supplemented by auxiliary elements. This reflects a systematic view of the risk management process in the logistics activities of enterprises. Therefore, only a comprehensive, systematic analysis of a particular management process contributes to the development of a concept that can lead to practical results. The general concept of the risk management system in the logistics activities of the enterprise is proposed, the ultimate goal of which is to ensure the sustainable operation of logistics enterprises in an unstable environment.
Predictive assumptions about the development of the object of study - to ensure the efficiency of logistics activities of enterprises, one of the elements of its management should be risk management, which will allow decision-making in the management of enterprises taking into account the risks affecting its logistics activities. The risk management process should be based on timely informing of risk management specialists about changes in any parameters related to the logistics activities of the enterprise, which requires a stable relationship between its parts. The proposed risk management system in the logistics activities of enterprises will allow the business entity to operate stably in the market, to gain competitive advantage, despite the significant influence of political, economic and social factors.
