Visnyk of National Transport University. Series «Technical sciences». Scientific and Technical Collection. – Kyiv: National Transport University, 2021. – Issue 3 (50).

The article considers the peculiarities of the formation of the integration platform of information support of the system "Wheeled vehicles - Infrastructure" by ITS on the basis of monitoring functions, management of technical parameters and the law of movement of vehicles and functions of information storage and interaction with external information systems.

Object of the study - the impact of operating conditions and ITS on the formation of an integration platform for information support system "Wheeled Vehicles - Infrastructure".

Purpose of the study - is to analyze and take into account the peculiarities of the application of operating conditions and ITS tools in the formation of the integration platform of information support of the system "Wheeled vehicles - Infrastructure".

Method of the study - system analysis and logical organization of the solution of the problem of formation of the integration platform of information support of the system "Wheeled vehicles - Infrastructure" by means of ITS in the conditions of operation.

The system is based on the functions of monitoring, management of parameters of the technical condition and the law of motion of the vehicle and the functions of information storage and interaction with external information systems. The general view of the structural scheme of telematic support of the KTZ-I system is developed and presented, the physical architecture of which includes the structure of software, hardware of information and telecommunication technologies, peripheral equipment. The basic requirements to functioning, interaction and placement of element base of KTZ-I system as a part of physical architecture are defined. The variant of system interaction of functional elements of the KTZ-I system depending on levels of its realization is shown, and also the functionality of system for maintenance of its working capacity as a combination of the basic components is formed. The result and the most important feature of the functionality for the KTZ-I system is that in addition to the data defined by the design of the KTZ and the system of their operation in road transport infrastructure, logistic analysis of technological processes provides a full range of information for road transport.

The results of the article can be incorporated in the process of designing an integration platform for information support of the system "Wheeled Vehicles - Infrastructure" by ITS.

Predictive assumptions about the development of the object of study - the search for the most effective ways to ensure the formation of an integration platform for information support of the system "Wheeled Vehicles - Infrastructure" (KTZ-I) by means of ITS in operation.
